2peple is a habit app for two people. This policy explains what the app stores, who can see it, and what you can do about it. 2peple is run by [OPERATOR NAME]. Questions: [CONTACT EMAIL].
What we store
- Your account. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google. We keep your display name (you can change it) and use your email only to identify your account.
- Your habits. Each habit's name, unit, targets, schedule, end date and time zone, and who started it.
- Your check-ins. For each day: the level you logged (Regular, Minimum, More with an amount, or Couldn't today), the time you tapped, and an optional one-line note.
- Things you do together. Reactions, breaks, pauses, suggested changes and invites.
- Notifications. A notification token for each phone you allow notifications on, that phone's time zone, your quiet hours and your notification settings.
- Crash reports. If the app crashes, a report with the error, the app version, the phone model and operating system, and whether the phone was online. Crash reports never include your notes, amounts, names or email.
We do not show ads, sell your data, or use it to profile you. The app has no analytics or tracking in this version.
Who can see it
Each habit has two people: the Starter and their partner. Your partner sees your check-ins, notes and reactions for the habits you share, and your display name. Nobody else does: there are no public profiles, feeds or leaderboards. Invite links show only the inviter's first name and the habit name, and link previews show neither.
Services that handle it for us
- Supabase hosts the database, sign-in and server functions (region: Mumbai, India).
- Google: Google Sign-In for signing in; Firebase Cloud Messaging to deliver notifications; Firebase Crashlytics for crash reports; Google Play to distribute the app.
- Cloudflare hosts this website and the invite pages.
They process data only to provide these services to 2peple.
Your choices
- Export. Settings, Export my data gives you a CSV file of all your check-ins, free, at any time.
- Notifications. Turn them off in Settings or in your phone's settings; set quiet hours in Settings.
- Correct. Change your display name in Settings.
- Delete. Settings, Delete account. This deletes your profile, sign-in, notes, reactions and notification tokens. Habits you started end; habits you joined pause for your partner. So that your partner's shared history does not change, the date, level and amount of your past check-ins stay in those habits without your name (shown as "Former partner").
How long we keep it
Until you delete your account, as described above. Delivered notifications are removed from our queue after 7 days and notification records after 30 days.
Children
2peple is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above, and tell you in the app if the change is significant.
